Bethany is a Christ-centered, nonprofit senior living community founded in 1958 by Ripon area churches and community leaders. More than sixty years later, we're still governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, still guided by that same founding conviction, and still home to over 400 residents across every level of care.

Bethany is a single-site, multi-level community in the heart of Ripon, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, In-Home Care, and Adult Day Services - all in one place, all under one continuum of care. That means a resident, or a couple, can move through every stage of aging without ever having to leave the community, the friends, or the town they've called home.

Bethany isn't owned by a national company managing a portfolio of properties from a corporate office somewhere else. We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public benefit corporation - governed locally, accountable locally, and reinvesting in this community, not in shareholders. Every decision Bethany makes is made by people who live here, worship here, and answer to the families of Ripon directly.
That's the difference between a facility and a community. Bethany has always been the second one.

We built Bethany to be the bridge between those two - independence for one, peace of mind for the other, and real connection for both.
